The Movement Church is a contemporary Christian fellowship and an official Calvary Chapel Association affiliate in Clarksville, TN. We are a non-denominational church focused on helping you deepen your relationship with Jesus by understanding the Bible. We teach God's word in a simple way, reading, explaining, and applying it to your life (Nehemiah 8:8). Our approach is through expository teaching covering the entire Bible—book by book, chapter by chapter, and verse by verse (Isaiah 28:10) from Genesis to Revelation. This is done to equip you for ministry and help you grow spiritually (Ephesians 4:11-13, Colossians 1:28).

WHY ARE WE CALLED THE MOVEMENT CHURCH?

We started as a bible study Jan 8 of 2020 in our local community. What you see in the video above is all the work of the Holy Spirit. This video shows how the Lord has been moving in and through this body of believers. Although we are a traditional Calvary Chapel in every way, the answer to why we are called The Movement Church is at the end of the video.
We are commissioned to Move, not be idle. We are the feet that brings the good news to everyone.
We are called to point those who are seeking THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE, which is only found in Jesus Christ.
